As Head of Payment Services for Coles, Douglas is responsible for the Group’s electronic payments strategy, industry and regulatory relations, and EFT operations.
Since joining Coles Group in 2000, Douglas has worked on developing Coles Group payments strategy and leveraging the Group’s payments infrastructure and capabilities.
Douglas represents Coles on a number of payments industry forums and committees, including APCA’s CECS Management Committee. Prior to joining Coles, Douglas held a number of positions at National Australia Bank in the finance and global payments divisions.
