This includes activities or behaviour that may not be in accord with any eftpos codes of conduct or other regulatory requirements. eftpos has established a confidential system for the reporting of unacceptable or undesirable conduct or conduct which endangers the public or financial system or which is an offence under Commonwealth law. eftpos will protect a person who comes forward to disclose such conduct against reprisal or repercussion connected with their disclosure. eftpos takes whistleblowing disclosures and the privacy of personal information about identifiable individuals seriously. Personal information provided in a whistleblowing disclosure will only be used to investigate and respond to the disclosure and will only be disclosed as permitted by whistleblowing laws or with the consent of the whistleblower.
